Dr. Ajala Kehinde Muibat

Transformational Leader · Social Impact Advocate
Dr. Ajala Kehinde Muibat is a dynamic professional, visionary entrepreneur, and transformational leader with a distinguished track record across Social Work, Insurance, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and community development.
She holds a PhD in Social Work from Lagos State University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and an HND in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic. An alumna of Lagos Business School, she is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), and the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (CILGPA).
As CEO of Faizah Golden Ventures and Goldliz Estates Ltd, she leads with strategic vision and a commitment to excellence. Beyond business, Dr. Ajala is a passionate mentor to young adults, using her platform to inspire purpose, confidence, and meaningful success in the next generation.
She is happily married to Hon. Razak Ajala and blessed with children. Grounded in faith, family, and service, she embodies strength, grace, and balance in every sphere she touches.
What We Do
We support vulnerable individuals, families, orphanages, care homes, and community-based organizations through the provision of food items, clothing, household materials, financial assistance, and emergency relief.
